Fun at Detoberfest

Last Saturday’s Detoberfest pub crawl was a big success. Kudos to Alok for his great job planning the event.

I ended up having to go later than the 5 o’clock start time, but I sure am glad I went, even if it was only for a little while.

I had the opportunity to meet many new, unique people – which is usually the case at Detroit Synergy events – but it was great because we weren’t talking business or projects or anything else – everyone was just having a good time. Plus, I got an awesome new t-shirt!

My only regret was that I did not ask StSaling to give me a description of herself before I went, because I never did end up finding her : ( I did meet a bunch of other people in my pursuit to track her down, though!

I know, too bad I missed you! We cut out a bit early – a little too much beer-testing :) – but we had a fantastic time and met tons of cool people. The Detroit Synergy folks are great, thanks for posting about the event.

Next time, Jaime! Our paths have to eventually cross…
