Illinois, by far, has the most personalized plates that I have ever seen. I heard that the state does not charge any additional fees for personalization, but I’m not sure if that is true or not.

My favorites are “SIKH QT” and “USD2B1” on a police car turned civilian, which still had the round attachment mirror/light on the driver’s side and was causing traffic to slow.

Detroit Census Triplication Mollika* I had to return a fourth survey. I am representing the non-Doctor Indian population of Detroit :0) likwidshoe It’s all about representation, not funding. Detroiters needs to lose the entitlement mindset.

I see a lot in Troy, but that might have something to do with discretionary income in the area.
