Angels Night

I volunteered for Angels Night. Problem is no one ever got back to me about it. I mentioned this to some friends and they said the same thing happened to them. So what gives? The city claims it needs more volunteers, but it doesn’t respond to those people who do volunteer?

I’m experiencing the same thing trying to volunteer for the Superbowl.

The Superbowl cut off volunteer recruitment quite a few months ago due to an overwhelming response.

The following was sent around to WSU students on October 25th so I was hoping more opportunities were available: “S.A.F.E. Management, the exclusive provider of Guest Service and Event Security at Ford Field and Super Bowl XL is
looking for organizations interested in providing members that wish to join the S.A.F.E. Management team for this event and surrounding events. Organization members will have the opportunity to work event security positions during the month leading up to the Super Bowl and/or to work as ushers and ticket takers at the game on February 5th. There are numerous positions available with work shifts around the
clock that can fit into your schedule.”
