Showtime
The Model D had a really great article by a transplant from Chicago who countered popular myths about life in Detroit. She did however forget to mention the most unique clothing store in Detroit: Showtime Detroit. The first time I saw it on the corner of Woodward and Palmer, I thought perhaps I should keep it in mind come Halloween time. To my delight it was a huge playground filled with eclectic clothing, shoes, and accessories to satisfy all my fashion personalities. The owner is great and will definitely be able to put together an outfit that is perfect for you.
