Customer Service – Yea!
Customer Service in Detroit can be pretty hit or miss. Today however I had one of those experiences which will have me returning to the store. I had to mail some items, including her wedding photos, to my best friend in CT. Not having packaging material handy, I stopped at the UPS Store in Harbortown.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had wrapped some framed wedding photos in tissue paper, but they decided to bubble wrap them as well. After some oohing and aahing over the photos, everything was nicely packaged against any conceivable damage. And this was all done with a smile by the staff.
I have some more things that need to be mailed later this week and I know where I am going to do it.
