The street closures may be a minor unless you live within or directly outside the street closures. Then it is requiring creativeness to get to and from your place as the usual ways home are blocked. I just saw problems with the detour signs over the weekend. In some cases, I have heard of people being forced to go the wrong way on one-way streets. The parking issue is minor.
