Civil Obediance
Have you heard about the group of Atlanta college students who decided to stage a little civil obediance and actually drive the speed limit on a local freeway? Check the video out here.
Can you imagine if some students did this on 96 or 696 or 75 or even more appropriately M10, which is 55 but everyone drives 75? The students have a good point – if the speed limit is a certain speed why are they letting drivers get away with 20 over, but the minute you go 25 over you get a ticket? What is the difference?
