Rain, rain (don’t) go away
What a difference a day makes.
At this time yesterday, we were in the high-80s and well on our way to a 95-degree high. Thankfully, Mother Nature stepped in and is giving us a nice dousing of much-needed rain. Though weather forecasters were calling for storms last night and today, we haven’t seen much of that yet on the East Riverfront; just sheets of rain and a bit of lightning off in the distance.
I’m usually not one for gray, dreary-looking wet days, but after three days of record high temps and energy-draining heat, I’ll take it.
i will always admire your willingness to do posts on the weather!!! hehe…
