Remembering 9/11

On the fifth anniversary of the suicide terrorist attacks on the United States, we take a moment to remember those people lost on this tragic day in American history and those who suffer because of it.

Excluding the 19 hijackers, 2,973 people died as a result of four hijacked airplanes that crashed into World Trade Center Towers One and Two, the Pentagon, and a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Another 24 people are still missing.
