City Living Detroit Tours

Out of sheer curiosity I boarded the City Living Detroit tour bus at Compuware today. I already own a place downtown, but I was curious to see what other places I may have inhabited had I not fallen in love with the Riverfront. My tour included a tour of the Grinnell Place Lofts in Corktown. The 32 unit development is in an old Grinnell Piano Company building with all the original hardwood floors. The views are very cool, very urban, and very industrial. The spaces are unique and charming. I would highly recommend taking the Urban Living tours as it is a no-pressure means to either find a home or just see what new things your city has to offer.
