The Shrinking Cities exhibit is still displayed at MOCAD and Cranbrook. A bus continues to run between both venues on Saturdays and Sundays through the month. Sundays are family days at the MOCAD and there are interactive art projects. As gluttony is one of my vices, I really enjoyed the “decorate your own cupcake” project alongside the art project. I was finally able to make my way to Cranbrook via the bus for one of the accompanying lectures and found the exhibit there even more intriguing than the one at MOCAD. Keep in mind that the generosity of MASCO has made it possible for us to enjoy all of this for free. Education is powerful and it is great that financial barriers are being taken down in many instances. Keep throwing around these corporate names and they will continue making good things happen.
