OK, here it is, D’ Day. Tigers vs Toronto and who cares. Who cares if they win. Today is a freebe. By game time most fans will be way over .08 and we all know it. Sausages and burgers’ are on the grills in GCP as we speak. Radio and TV are setting up their equipment and fans are already starting to show up at E Adams and Woodward. I got up early, not to blame the music blasting out of the State just below me, I was getting up anyway!

Meeting some friends at my place in a few minutes and then it’s on to meet more at Cobo Joes for some coffee and breakfast. One of our friends has a motor home already parked across the street from Hockey Town and we will be tailgating there. After that I have to rush back home to log onto Metro and tell you all how the day went. Yea right!!!!!! In my next life. . . Go Tigers!
