School Board Ruckus Part Duex

The Detroit News is reporting on the most recent confrontation at Northern High School between the Detroit Police and some protest group called, By Any Means Necessary. Apparently, there was some kind of board meeting at the high school, so this protest group showed up. The cops ended up pepper spraying a bunch of kids and now everybody is suing everybody else for millions of dollars in damages.

I’m not sure if By Any Means Necessary (technically, they’re called: the Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration and Immigration Rights and Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary) has an affiliation with the Call ’em Out Coalition or not. I would imagine they’re probably somehow related. If not, they should consider joining forces in their battle against the School Board’s plans to downsize.

It’s unclear whether grapes were involved in this incident or not.

i say we combine the two crowd control agents, the firey pepper spray and the new kid on the block, the fearsome grape into one toxic cocktail of horror and shoot condensed wine at the angry mob. not only will it leave them amazingly sticky but the stains will last wash after wash. that’d be enough to make me think twice before causing more trouble.
