One would think that if this was such an issue the Press Secretary would be the one to bring it to light and get something done about it. We should be talking about the ludicrous amount of money the people of Detroit have to pay insurance companies to obey the law. We have too many people breaking the law for financial reasons and as the economy continues to slip it will get worse. Well said.
