		<description>Max, you make a good point: we need to hold our politicians accountable and we need to call them out when we sense the slightest hint of lip service. 

However, that&#039;s exactly why our leaders need to see how many constituents support climate control. They need to see our anger at the current president&#039;s fight against conservation for the benefit of the rich. 

In addition, this session of Congress has just ended. They&#039;re all heading home right now anyway, so this event has been optimally scheduled to save our representatives who do attend an additional trip from Washington, DC, and back.

		<description>i think by staying home and not attending any of these rallys members of congress are doing their part by not burning any fossil fuel when we all know if they actually did show up and speak about their goals it&#039;d be nothing more than a bunch of &quot;I plan to introduce a bill that would...whatever&quot;, no real action, just a bunch of ideas they think the audience wants to hear and hopes that the audience will forget.  seriously, not flying in from all over the country will help more.</description>
