“Summer in the Park” continues this Saturday with free and fun events at Campus Martius beginning at 10 a.m. Games, live entertainment and a feature length movie will be included and walking tours of the city are offered all day long. Children welcome!
Always wanted to tour the Indian Village district? Now you can cuz’ the Detroit Historical Society is hosting their “Behind the Scenes” series with a tour tomorrow at 11 a.m. Homes built between 1895 and 1920 will be featured. Owned by families with last names like Ford, Buhl and Book and built by designers Kahn, Kamper and Stratton, this tour should fill your palate in this architectually delicious neighborhood. Love Pink Floyd? I know I do. Tomorrow evening you can see and hear “The Dark Side of the Moon” in its entirety.
